Baristas and coffee professionals from all over the world can use our education for training and progression – our resources use the science of coffee to produce deliciousness in different topic once per week, and also we will add online course in the site so soon. Also free live courses in youtube and the site is one of other work which is happening every week.
Maillard reaction is the only coffee subscription from maillard global company — every two weeks we record beautiful, interesting, and unique podcast and publish it in different language in all podcast host and also this site..
Maillardreaction also have a big project for going to the specialty coffee farms and help to the producers and farmers to make specialty coffee and find direct customers products, and generally cool stuff that is happening with coffee around the world. As a trainer and coffee worker for the last 10 years in coffee and 7 years in training as an AST I have seen a lot of passion in all around the world but the only issue is believing to educational program still isn’t public, so in this way we are trying to make an standard to everyone be unified may either standard have problem. I’ve done more than enough training class and experimental project to say WE DON’T KNOW ANYTHING so Keep learning always from everyone Even from people that you don’t like.
