Maillardreaction also have a big project for going to the specialty coffee farms and help to the producers and farmers to make specialty coffee and find direct customers products, and generally cool stuff that is happening with coffee around the world. As a trainer and coffee worker for the last 10 years in coffee and 7 years in training as an AST I have seen a lot of passion in all around the world but the only issue is believing to educational program still isn’t public, so in this way we are trying to make an standard to everyone be unified may either standard have problem. I’ve done more than enough training class and experimental project to say WE DON’T KNOW ANYTHING so Keep learning always from everyone Even from people that you don’t like.
